1 Online order issues
1.1 My order was damaged in shipping, what do I do?

Take detailed photographs of the packaging and the damaged products and include them in an email sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged item" and we will contact you with further instructions and information about the status of your credit.

1.2 Items are missing from my order!

Sometimes we may ship items separately. However, if it has been more than 10 days and your package still has not arrived, please send an email referencing your order to [email protected] with the subject line "Missing items" and we will contact you with further instructions and information about the status of your order.

1.3 My order is taking forever to arrive, where is it?

Orders placed before 3:00PM Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day. Expected delivery is 5-7 days from the date your order is shipped. In rare cases, holidays and other shipping factors can delay the arrival of your order. Please allow up to 10 days from order placement for your package to arrive.
